5. 5.在希伯崙，他作了犹大王七年六个月，在耶路撒冷，他作了以色列和犹大王三十三年。In Hebron he reigned over Judah seven years and six months, and in Jerusalem he reigned over all Israel and Judah thirty-three years.💡

12. 12.大卫便知道上帝使他在以色列立为王，并且为以色列人——上帝的子民的缘故，使他的王国兴盛。Thus David knew that GOD had established him as king over Israel and had exalted his kingship for the sake of Israel—God’s people.💡
13. 13.大卫离开希伯仑以后，又在耶路撒冷添了许多妾和妻，且又生了许多儿女。After he left Hebron, David took more concubines and wives in Jerusalem, and more sons and daughters were born to David. 💡

19. 19.大卫求问神说，“我可以去攻打非利士人吗？你会将他们交在我手中吗？”神对大卫说，“你可以去，我必将非利士人交在你手中”。David inquired of GOD, “Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will You deliver them into my hands?” And GOD answered David, “Go up, and I will deliver the Philistines into your hands.”💡
20. 20.大卫于是往巴力毗拉心进军，大卫在那里击败他们。他说，耶和华在我面前冲破我的敌人，如同水冲破堤坝一般。因此那地方称为巴力毗拉心。巴力毗拉心意即破口之巴力，与下六8和创世纪三十八29的毗勒斯相似。Thereupon David marched to Baal-perazim, and David defeated them there. And he said, “GOD has broken through my enemies before me as waters break through [a dam].” That is why that place was named Baal-perazim.💡

24. 24.当你们听见巴迦树梢上有行军的声音时，就要出发，因为上帝会在你们前面行进，攻击非利士人的军队。And when you hear the sound of marching in the tops of the baca trees, then go into action, for GOD will be going in front of you to attack the Philistine forces.”💡
25. 25.大卫遵行上帝所吩咐的，击败了从迦巴到基色的一切非利士人。David did as GOD had commanded him; and he routed the Philistines from Geba all the way to Gezer.💡
