2. 2.耶和华啊，求你垂听我的祷告，愿我的呼声达到你面前。O ETERNAL One, hear my prayer;let my cry come before You.💡
3. 3.求你在我的患难中不要向我掩面；你应允我的祷告时，求你侧耳听我，快快应允我。Do not hide Your face from mein my time of trouble;turn Your ear to me;when I cry, answer me speedily.💡
4. 4.我的日子消逝如烟，我的骨骸焦枯如炉灰For my days have vanished like smokeand my bones are charred like a hearth.💡
5. 5.我身体枯槁如草，憔悴得吃不下饭。My body is stricken and withered like grass;too wasted to eat my food;💡
6. 6.因我唉哼而瘦弱，我的骨头紧贴皮肉。on account of my vehement groaningmy bones show through my skin.💡
7. 7.我好像旷野中的鸱鸮，又像废墟中的猫头鹰。I am like a great owl in the wilderness,an owl among the ruins.💡

9. 9.我终日遭人辱骂，痛恨我的人指着我的名起誓。All day long my enemies revile me;my deriders use my name to curse.💡

14. 14.你必起来怜悯锡安，因为现在是恩待她的时候，预定的时候已经到了。You will surely arise and take pity on Zion,for it is time to be gracious to her;the appointed time has come.💡
15. 15.你的仆人喜爱它的石头，爱惜它的尘土。Your servants take delight in its stones,and cherish its dust.💡
16. 16.列国要敬畏神的名，地上的众王要敬畏你的荣耀。The nations will fear the name of GOD,all the kings of the earth, Your glory.💡
17. 17.因为神亲自建造了锡安，在神圣荣耀中显现—For GOD has built Zion,appearing in divine glory—💡
18. 18.转向困苦人的祷告，并不轻蔑他们的祈求。turning to the prayer of the destitute and not spurning their prayer.💡
19. 19.愿此事被记下，传于将来的世代，使尚未被造之民赞美雅。May this be written down for a coming generation,that people yet to be created may praise Yah.💡
20. 20.从圣洁的高处俯视，神从天上察看大地Looking down from the holy heights, GOD beholds the earth from heaven💡
21. 21.垂听被囚之人的叹息，释放那些将要死亡的人；to hear the groans of the prisoner,to release those condemned to death;💡
22. 22.使　神的名声在锡安被传扬，在耶路撒冷献上赞美，that GOD’s fame may be recounted in Zion,with praises offered in Jerusalem,💡
23. 23.万民聚集，万国联合，一起来事奉神。when the nations gather together,the kingdoms, to serve GOD.💡
24. 24.我的力量在半途耗尽，我的日子缩短了。My strength was drained in mid-course,my days shortened.💡
25. 25.我的　神啊，求你不要叫我中年去世，你的年数世世无穷。I say, “O my God, do not take me awayin the midst of my days,You whose years go on for generations on end.💡
26. 26.你起初立了地的根基，天也是你手所造的。Of old You established the earth;the heavens are the work of Your hands.💡
27. 27.他们必将灭亡，惟有你永远长存；他们都要像衣裳渐渐旧了；你将他们更换如衣服，他们就都过去了。They shall perish, but You shall endure;they shall all wear out like a garment;You change them like clothing and they pass away.💡
28. 28.惟有你永不改变，你的年数没有穷尽。But You are the same, and Your years never end.💡
29. 29.愿你仆人的儿女安然居住，他们的子孙在你面前存立。May the children of Your servants dwell securelyand their offspring endure in Your presence.”💡
