1. 1.我爱永恒的主，因他垂听我的声音，我的恳求。I love the ETERNAL One for hearing my voice, my pleas;💡
2. 2.因你侧耳听我，每逢我呼求for turning an ear to mewhenever I call.💡
3. 3.死亡的绳索缠绕我，阴间的痛苦抓住我；我遭遇患难愁苦。The bonds of death encompassed me;the torments of Sheol overtook me.I came upon trouble and sorrow💡
4. 4.我就呼求耶和华的名说：永恒主啊，求你救我的性命！and I invoked GOD’s name,“O ETERNAL One, save my life!”💡
5. 5.神是慈悲恩惠的；我们的神是怜悯的。GOD is gracious and beneficent;our God is compassionate.💡
6. 6.耶和华保护单纯的人；我虽然卑微，却得蒙拯救。GOD protects the simple;I was saved, after having been brought low.💡
7. 7.我的心哪，你要再一次安息，因为上帝待你实在恩厚。Be at rest, once again, O my soul,for GOD has been good to you.💡
8. 8.你救我脱离了死亡，救我的眼睛不再流泪，救我的脚不再跌倒。You have delivered me from death,my eyes from tears,my feet from stumbling.💡
9. 9.我要在耶和华面前行走在活人之地。I shall walk before GOD in the lands of the living.💡

12. 12.我当怎样报答耶和华向我所赐的一切恩惠？How can I repay GOD for all the bounties given to me?💡
13. 13.我要举起救恩的杯，称呼耶和华的名。I raise the cup of deliveranceand invoke GOD’s name.💡
14. 14.我要在众人面前向神还我的愿。I will pay my vows to GOD in the presence of all those assembled.💡
15. 15.在神眼中，祂忠信之人的死亡是宝贵的The death of God’s faithful onesis grievous in GOD’s sight.💡
16. 16.永恒的主啊，我是你的仆人，你婢女的儿子，你解开了捆绑我的绳索。O ETERNAL One,I am Your servant,Your servant, the child of Your maidservant;You have undone the cords that bound me.💡
17. 17.我要以感谢为祭献给你，又要呼求耶和华的名。I will sacrifice a thank offering to Youand invoke GOD’s name.💡
