3. 3.向我倾听你的耳朵， 要速速救我， 作我的磐石，我的保障， 为拯救我的城堡。Incline Your ear to me;be quick to save me;be a rock, a stronghold for me,a citadel, for my deliverance.💡
4. 4.因为你是我的磐石，我的堡垒；你必然按照你的名引导我，指教我。For You are my rock and my fortress;You lead me and guide me as befits Your name.💡
5. 5.你救我脱离为我设下的网， 因为你是我的磐石。You free me from the net laid for me,for You are my stronghold.💡
6. 6.我将我的灵魂交托在您手中； 您救赎我，哦永恒的主，信实的神。Into Your hand I entrust my spirit;You redeem me, O ETERNAL One, faithful God.💡
7. 7.我憎恶那些依靠空虚妄言的人，然而我却信靠神。I detest those who rely on empty folly,but I trust in GOD.💡

9. 9.不要把我交在敌人手里，求你使我脱离困境。and do not hand me over to my enemy,but grant me relief.💡
10. 10.上帝啊，求你怜悯我，因为我衰弱；医治我，因为我的骨头因恐惧而战抖。Have mercy on me, O ETERNAL One,for I am in distress;my eyes are wasted by vexation,my substance and body too.💡
11. 11.我的生命在悲伤中度过， 我的年岁在叹息中过去； 我的力量因我的罪孽而衰竭， 我的肢体渐渐消瘦。My life is spent in sorrow,my years in groaning;my strength fails because of my iniquity,my limbs waste away.💡
12. 12.因为所有的敌人 我成了邻居们特别攻击的对象 成了朋友们害怕的对象 在街上看见我的人都躲避我Because of all my foesI am the particular butt of my neighbors,a horror to my friends;those who see me on the street avoid me.💡
13. 13.我被人遗忘，如同死人一般 我像被丢弃的一件无用之物I am put out of mind like the dead;I am like an object given up for lost.💡
14. 14.我听见许多人的私语， 四面八方都有阴谋， 他们一起谋划要害我， 图谋要夺我的命。I hear the whisperings of many,intrigue on every side,as they scheme together against me,plotting to take my life.💡
15. 15.但我依靠你，永恒的主；我说：“你是我的神！”But I trust in You, O ETERNAL One;I say, “You are my God!”💡
16. 16.我的命运在您手中； 求您救我脱离敌人和追逐我的人手中。My fate is in Your hand;save me from the hand of my enemies and pursuers.💡
17. 17.求你施恩于你的仆人，照你的信实拯救我。Show favor to Your servant;as You are faithful, deliver me.💡
18. 18.永恒的神，不要丢弃您所膏立的；记念您仆人大卫的忠诚。O ETERNAL One, let me not be disappointed when I call You;let the wicked be disappointed;let them be silenced in Sheol;💡
19. 19.让说谎的嘴被制止它们傲慢地对义人说以骄傲和轻蔑。let lying lips be stilledthat speak haughtily against the righteouswith arrogance and contempt.💡
20. 20.你为那些敬畏你的人所预备的善果是何等的丰富， 你在众人面前向那些投靠你的人所施行的， 你为那些投靠你的人所预备的善果是何等的丰富。How abundant is the goodthat You have in store for those who fear You,that You do in full viewfor those who take refuge in You.💡
21. 21.你用你的同在保护他们免受对手的谋划 你用你的帐幕庇护他们免受争竞的舌头You grant them the protection of Your presenceagainst the opposition’s schemes; You shelter them in Your pavilionfrom contentious tongues.💡
22. 22.祝福上帝，他垂听我的恳求。Blessed is GOD,who has been wondrously faithful to me,a veritable bastion.💡
23. 23.我曾惊恐地想， “我被赶出您的面前”； 然而您仍听我的恳求， 当我向您哭求的时候。Alarmed, I had thought,“I am thrust out of Your sight”;yet You listened to my plea for mercywhen I cried out to You.💡
24. 24.你们一切忠诚的人要爱神，神保护忠诚的人，并且要使那些狂妄的人受到应得的惩罚，甚至更多。So love GOD, all you faithful; GOD guards the loyal,and more than requitesthe one who acts arrogantly.💡
25. 25.你们所有等候上帝的人，要壮胆勉强。Be strong and of good courage,all you who wait for GOD.💡
