2. 2.我仰望神,他向我垂顾,垂听了我的呼求。I put my hope in GOD,who inclined toward me,and heeded my cry.💡
3. 3.他从淤泥中把我拉上来，从深坑中把我拉出来，把我的脚立在磐石上，使我脚步稳当。I was lifted out of the miry pit,the slimy clay,and my feet were set on a rock,my legs steadied.💡
4. 4.他将新歌放在我口中，是赞美我们神的诗。许多人必看见而惧怕，并要倚靠耶和华。A new song was placed into my mouth,a hymn to our God.May many see it and stand in awe,and trust in GOD.💡
5. 5.那信靠神的人是有福的，他不偏向狂傲的人，也不随从虚谎之辈。Happy is the one who trusts in GOD,who turns not to the arrogant or to followers of falsehood.💡
6. 6.我的永恒神啊，你所行的事众多；你为我们所谋划的奇事，无法在你面前一一述说；我若要述说它们的事迹，却多到无法尽述。You, O my ETERNAL God, have done many things;the wonders You have devised for uscannot be set out before You; I would rehearse the tale of them,but they are more than can be told.💡
7. 7.你使我明白，你并不喜悦祭物和素祭；你也不要求燔祭和赎罪祭。You gave me to understand that You do not desire sacrifice and grain offering;You do not ask for burnt offering and purgation offering.💡
8. 8.那时我说：“看哪，我要带一卷书来，记述我的遭遇。”Then I said,“See, I will bring a scroll recounting what befell me.”💡
9. 9.我的　神啊，我乐意遵行你的旨意；你的律法在我心里。To do what pleases You, my God, is my desire;Your teaching is in my inmost parts.💡
10. 10.我在大会中传扬了你的公义；看哪，我并未禁止我的嘴唇；永恒的主啊，你是知道的。I proclaimed [Your] righteousness in a great congregation;see, I did not withhold my words;O ETERNAL One, You must know it.💡
11. 11.我未曾将你的恩惠隐瞒；我宣扬了你信实的拯救；在大聚会中，我未曾停止述说你的慈爱。I did not keep Your beneficence to myself;I declared Your faithful deliverance;I did not fail to speak of Your steadfast love in a great congregation.💡
12. 12.永恒的主啊，你不会向我止住你的怜悯；你的慈爱必时常保护我。O ETERNAL One, You will not withhold from me Your compassion;Your steadfast love will protect me always.💡
13. 13.无数的苦难围困我，我的罪孽追上了我，使我不能看见；它们比我头上的头发还多，我心力交瘁。For misfortunes without number envelop me;my iniquities have caught up with me;I cannot see;they are more than the hairs of my head;I am at my wits’ end.💡
14. 14.神啊，求你恩待我，拯救我； 耶和华啊，求你快快帮助我。O favor me, ETERNAL One, and save me;O ETERNAL One, hasten to my aid.💡
15. 15.愿那些寻求毁灭我性命的人挫败蒙羞；愿那些谋害我的人退后抱愧。Let those who seek to destroy my lifebe frustrated and disgraced;let those who wish me harmfall back in shame.💡
16. 16.愿那些对我说"哈哈，阿哈"的人，因他们的羞辱而惊惶。Let those who say “Aha! Aha!” over mebe desolate because of their frustration.💡
17. 17.愿一切寻求你的都喜乐欢欣；愿那些渴望你拯救的常常说：“当尊耶和华为大！”But let all who seek You be glad and rejoice in You;let those who are eager for Your deliverance always say,“Extolled be GOD!”💡
18. 18.至于我，我困苦贫穷；愿主顾念我。你是我的帮助，是我的拯救；我的神啊，求你不要迟延。But I am poor and needy;may my Sovereign devise [deliverance] for me.You are my help and my rescuer;my God, do not delay.💡
