2. 2.神啊，我们听见了，我们的列祖将你所做的作为述说给我们，就是你在古时、在他们年间所行的事。We have heard, O God,our ancestors have told usthe deeds You performed in their time,in days of old.💡
3. 3.你亲手栽植了他们，赶出了列邦；你降祸于万民，将他们驱赶出去。With Your hand You planted them,displacing nations;You brought misfortune on peoples,and drove them out.💡
4. 4.不是凭他们的刀剑得着土地，也不是凭他们的膀臂得胜，乃是凭你的右手、你的膀臂和你脸上的光彩，因为你喜悦他们。It was not by their sword that they took the land,their arm did not give them victory,but Your right hand, Your arm, and Your goodwill,for You favored them.💡
5. 5.我的神啊，你是我的王；求你为雅各宣告得胜！You are my king, O God;decree victories for Jacob!💡
6. 6.我们靠着神践踏敌人，凭你的名蹂躏仇敌。Through You we gore our foes;by Your name we trample our adversaries;💡
7. 7.我不靠我的弓，我的刀也不能使我得胜。I do not trust in my bow;it is not my sword that gives me victory;💡
8. 8.你使我们胜过仇敌，挫败一切恨我们的人。You give us victory over our foes;You thwart those who hate us.💡
9. 9.我们在神里时时夸口，奉祂名不断赞美。细拉。In God we glory at all times,and praise Your name unceasingly.    Selah.💡
10. 10.然而你丢弃了我们，使我们受辱，不和我们的军队同出。Yet You have rejected and disgraced us;You do not go with our armies.💡
11. 11.你使我们临敌而退，我们的仇敌任意掳掠。You make us retreat before our foe;our enemies plunder us at will.💡
12. 12.你任凭他们吞吃我们，如同吞吃羊群；你将我们分散在列邦中。You let them devour us like sheep;You disperse us among the nations.💡
13. 13.你将你的百姓出卖,并非为得财富,你并不在他们身上定高价。You sell Your people for no fortune,You set no high price on them.💡
14. 14.你使我们成为邻邦的笑柄，成为四围之人的讥笑和嘲讽。You make us the butt of our neighbors,the scorn and derision of those around us.💡
15. 15.你使我们成为列国中的话柄，万民中的笑谈。You make us a byword among the nations,a laughingstock among the peoples.💡
16. 16.我终日因我的羞辱自觉惭愧，我全身满了羞耻I am always aware of my disgrace;I am wholly covered with shame💡
17. 17.在辱骂嘲弄的声浪中，在复仇的敌人面前。at the sound of taunting revilers,in the presence of the vengeful foe.💡
18. 18.这一切临到我们，我们却没有忘记你，也没有背弃你的约。[e~[All this has come upon us,yet we have not forgotten You,or been false to Your covenant.💡
19. 19.我们的心未曾偏离，你的道路我们的脚也未曾偏离Our hearts have not gone astray,nor have our feet swerved from Your path,💡
20. 20.然而你将我们抛下、压碎，使我们落到海怪（希伯来文 tannin，参以西结书29:3；32:2）之处，又以极深的黑暗将我们覆盖。though You cast us, crushed, to where the sea monster = tannin, as in Ezek. 29.3; 32.2. is,and covered us over with deepest darkness.💡
21. 21.倘若我们忘了神的名，或是向别的神举手祷告，If we forgot the name of our Godand spread forth our hands to a foreign god,💡
22. 22.神必查究此事，因祂洞悉人心隐秘。God would surely search it out,as the One who knows the secrets of the heart.💡
23. 23.我们为你的缘故终日被杀，看我们如将宰的羊。It is for Your sake that we are slain all day long,that we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.💡
24. 24.求你醒兴起，为何沉睡呢，我的主啊！求你醒起，不要永远丢弃我们。Rouse Yourself; why do You sleep, O my Sovereign?Awaken, do not reject us forever!💡
25. 25.你为何掩面不顾我们的困苦和患难？Why do You hide Your face,ignoring our affliction and distress?💡
26. 26.我们俯伏在尘土中；我们的身体紧贴地面。We lie prostrate in the dust;our body clings to the ground.💡
27. 27.求你起来帮助我们，凭你的信实救赎我们。Arise and help us,redeem us, as befits Your faithfulness.💡
