2. 2.我向神大声呼求，我向神哀求，盼得垂听。I cry aloud to God;I cry to God that I may be heard.💡
3. 3.我在困苦之时向主求助，举手［祈求］；［我的眼］整夜流泪不止，得不到安慰。In my time of distress I turn to my Sovereign,with my hand [uplifted];[my eyes] flow all night without respite; I will not be comforted.💡
4. 4.我思念　神，就哀叹愁烦；我诉说，我的灵衰败。细拉。I call God to mind, I moan,I complain, my spirit fails.    Selah.💡
5. 5.你使我睁眼不寐，我烦乱不安，无法言语。You have held my eyelids open;I am overwrought, I cannot speak.💡
6. 6.我思念往日，默想上古之年。My thoughts turn to days of old,to years long past.💡
7. 7.夜间我追想他们对我的讥讽；我默想，我的心灵仔细省察。I recall at night their jibes at me;I commune with myself;my spirit inquires,💡
8. 8.难道我的主永远弃绝我，不再施恩吗？“Will my Sovereign reject foreverand never again show favor?💡
9. 9.这样的信实永远消失了吗？那些应许会永远不应验吗？Has such faithfulness disappeared forever?Will those promises be unfulfilled for all time?💡
10. 10.难道　神忘记施恩吗？难道他因怒气就止息他的慈悲吗？（细拉）Has God forgotten how to pity?Has God’s compassion been stifled in anger?”    Selah.💡
11. 11.我说：这是我的懦弱，但我要追念至高者显出右手之年代。And I said, “It is my faultthat the right hand of the Most High has changed.”💡
12. 12.我要追念耶和华的一切作为，是的，我要追念你古时所行的奇事。I recall the deeds of Yah; yes, I recall Your wonders of old;💡
13. 13.我追念你所行的一切事，述说你所作的诸事。I recount all Your works;I speak of Your acts.💡
