2. 2.眷顾穷乏人的有福了，遭难的日子，耶和华必搭救他。Happy is someone who is thoughtful of the wretched;in bad times may GOD keep them from harm.💡
3. 3.愿　神护卫他们，保守他们；愿他们在地上被视为有福的。不要让他们屈服于仇敌的意愿。May GOD guard them and preserve them;and may they be thought happy in the land.Do not subject them to the will of their enemies.💡
4. 4.神必在病榻上扶持他们；在他们痛苦之床中，你必全然翻转。GOD will sustain them on their sickbed;You shall wholly transform their bed of suffering.💡
5. 5.我曾说：永恒的主啊，求你怜悯我，医治我，因为我得罪了你。I said, “O ETERNAL One, have mercy on me,heal me, for I have sinned against You.”💡
6. 6.我的仇敌恶言攻击我，说：“他几时死，他的名几时灭亡呢？”My enemies speak evilly of me,“When will he die and his name perish?”💡
7. 7.他们每一个来拜访的都口出谎言，积蓄邪恶的意念——到了外面就说出来。Each of them who comes to visit speaks falsely,storing up evil thoughts—speaking them once outside.💡
8. 8.我所有的仇敌都一同私下议论我，设计谋害我。All my enemies whisper together against me,imagining the worst for me.💡
9. 9.有灾祸临到他身上，他必不能再从床上起来。“Something baneful has settled in him;he’ll not rise from his bed again.”💡
10. 10.我信任的密友，就是与我分享食物的那人，竟全然背叛了我。My ally in whom I trusted,even someone who shares my bread,has been utterly false to me.💡
11. 11.但是你，永恒主啊，求你怜悯我，使我复起，好报应他们。But You, O ETERNAL One, have mercy on me;let me rise again and repay them.💡
12. 12.如此，我便知道你喜悦我，因我的仇敌不再向我夸胜。Then shall I know that You are pleased with me:when my enemy cannot shout in triumph over me.💡
13. 13.你必因我的正直扶持我，使我永远住在你面前。You will support me because of my integrity,and let me abide in Your presence forever.💡
14. 14.以色列的神是当受颂赞的，从亘古到永远。阿们，阿们。Blessed is the ETERNAL, God of Israel,from eternity to eternity.Amen and Amen.💡
