1. 1.亚萨的训诲诗。我的民哪，你们要留心听我的教训，侧耳听我口中的言语。A maskil of Asaph.Give ear, my people, to my teaching,turn your ear to what I say.💡
2. 2.我要阐释这一主题，论述往昔的教训——I will expound a theme,hold forth on the lessons of the past—💡
3. 3.我们所听见、所知道的，列祖所告诉我们的事things we have heard and known,that our ancestors have told us.💡
4. 4.我们不向他们的子孙隐瞒， 要将耶和华当受的赞美、祂的大能， 和祂所行的奇事， 述说给将来的世代。We will not withhold them from their children,telling the coming generationthe praises of GOD and of divine might,and the wonders performed.💡
5. 5.他在雅各中设立法度，在以色列中颁布律例，嘱咐我们的祖先将这一切传给他们的儿女，[God] established a decree in Jacob,ordained a teaching in Israel,charging our ancestorsto make them known to their children,💡
6. 6.好叫将来的世代可以知道——尚未出生的儿女——他们也好转告自己的儿女that a future generation might know—children yet to be born—and in turn tell their children💡
7. 7.好使他们依靠神，不忘记　神的大作为，遵守他的诫命，that they might put their confidence in God,and not forget God’s great deeds,but observe the commandments,💡
8. 8.不要效法他们的祖宗——那悖逆顽梗的一代，心怀二意，灵性不忠于神。and not be like their ancestors,a wayward and defiant generation,a generation whose heart was inconstant,whose spirit was not true to God.💡
9. 9.如同以法莲的弓箭手，在争战之日临阵退缩。Like the Ephraimite archerswho played false in the day of battle,💡
10. 10.他们不遵守神的约，违背了神圣的律例；they did not keep God’s covenant,they refused to follow divine instruction;💡
11. 11.他们忘了为他所行的事，和他所给他们看见的奇事。they forgot what was done for themand the wonders they were shown.💡
12. 12.在他们列祖面前行了奇事，在埃及地，在琐安的田野。[God] performed marvels in the sight of their ancestors,in the land of Egypt, the plain of Zoan.💡
13. 13.神劈开大海，领他们从海中经过，使两边的水如墙屹立。[God] split the sea and took them through it—making the waters stand like a wall.💡
14. 14.[上帝]日间以云柱引导他们，夜间以火光照明。[God] led them with a cloud by day,and throughout the night by the light of fire.💡
15. 15.[神]在旷野分裂磐石，多多地给他们水喝，如从深渊而出。[God] split rocks in the wildernessand gave them drink as if from the great deep.💡
16. 16.[上帝]使水从磐石中涌出，令其如河流淌。[God] brought forth streams from a rockand made them flow down like a river.💡
17. 17.但他们仍然犯罪，在干旱之地悖逆至高者。But they went on sinning,defying the Most High in the parched land.💡
18. 18.他们为自己索求食物时，心里想的是试探神。To test God was in their mindwhen they demanded food for themselves.💡
19. 19.他们妄论神说：“神岂能在旷野摆设筵席吗？”They spoke against God, saying,“Can God spread a feast in the wilderness?💡
20. 20.他虽然击打磐石，水便涌流而出，溪水滔滔；但他岂能赐下粮食，又为这百姓预备肉食呢？True, [God] struck the rock and waters flowed,streams gushed forth;but can [God] provide breadand supply meat for this people?”💡
21. 21.神听见了便大发烈怒，有火向雅各焚烧，怒气向以色列发作。GOD heard and then raged;fire broke out against Jacob,anger flared up at Israel,💡
22. 22.因为他们不信靠神，不依靠神的拯救。because they did not put their trust in God,did not rely on divine deliverance.💡
23. 23.于是他吩咐苍穹，开启了天上的门So [God] commanded the skies above,opened the doors of heaven💡
24. 24.降下吗哪给他们作食物，将天上的粮赐给他们。and rained manna upon them for food,giving them heavenly grain.💡
25. 25.各人吃了勇士的饭食，他们得到了丰盛的供给。Each person ate a hero’s meal;they were sent provision in plenty.💡
26. 26.[　神　]使东风在天上吹动，以大能驱策南风。[God] set the east wind moving in heaven,and drove the south wind mightily.💡
27. 27.上帝降肉如雨，多如尘土；又降飞鸟，多如海沙。[God] rained meat on them like dust,winged birds like the sands of the sea,💡
28. 28.使他们下到　神的营中，围绕神圣的居所。making them come down inside God’s camp,around the divine dwelling-place.💡
29. 29.他们吃了，直到饱足；他们所贪求的，也赐给了他们。They ate till they were sated;they were given what they craved.💡
30. 30.他们尚未厌足，所贪恋之物还在他们口中。They had not yet wearied of what they craved,the food was still in their mouths💡
31. 31.当上帝的怒气向他们发作时，祂杀戮了他们中最强壮的，击倒了以色列中的少年。when God’s anger flared up at them.[God] slew their sturdiest,struck down the youth of Israel.💡
32. 32.然而他们仍旧犯罪，不信他的奇妙作为。Nonetheless, they went on sinningand had no faith in God’s wonders.💡
33. 33.他们的日子以虚空告终，他们的年岁以骤然死亡终结。Their days were made to end in futility,their years in sudden death.💡
34. 34.他们遭患难时就回转，再次寻求神。When stricken, they returned,and sought God once again.💡
35. 35.他们记念神是他们的磐石，至高的神是他们的救赎主。They remembered that God was their rock,God Most High, their Redeemer.💡
36. 36.他们却用嘴唇讨好他，用舌头向他说谎Yet they deceived [God] with their speech,and lied with their words.💡
37. 37.他们的心不坚定，向所立的约不忠。Their hearts were inconstant;they were untrue to the covenant.💡
38. 38.然而神是怜悯的，赦免罪过，不将人毁灭，多次抑制怒气，不使愤恨全然倾泻。But [God], being merciful, forgave iniquityand would not destroy—restraining wrath time and againand not giving full vent to such fury—💡
39. 39.记念他们不过是血肉之躯，是一去不复返的气息。remembering that they were but flesh,a passing breath that does not return.💡
40. 40.他们在旷野中常常悖逆他，在荒凉之地使他忧伤。How often did they act defiantly in the wilderness,then cause grief in the wasteland!💡
41. 41.他们再三试探　神，惹动以色列圣者的怒气。Again and again they tested God,vexed the Holy One of Israel.💡
42. 42.他们不记念神的大能，也不记念祂救赎他们脱离仇敌的日子。They did not remember God’s strength,or the day they were redeemed from the foe;💡
43. 43.他在埃及显示神迹，在琐安田地行奇事。how [God] displayed signs in Egypt,and wonders in the plain of Zoan.💡
44. 44.[神首先]使他们的江河变成血，使他们的水不可饮用；[God first] turned their rivers into blood—making their waters undrinkable;💡
45. 45.就给他们打发成群的虫子来吞吃他们，又使青蛙来毁坏他们；then inflicted upon them swarms of insects to devour them,frogs to destroy them;💡
46. 46.把他们的庄稼交给蛀虫，把他们的出产交给蝗虫；then gave their crops over to grubs,their produce to locusts;💡
47. 47.就用冰雹打死他们的葡萄树，用严霜冻死他们的桑树；then killed their vines with hail,their sycamores with frost;💡
48. 48.就将他们的牲畜交给冰雹，他们的牛群交与闪电；then gave their beasts over to hail,their cattle to lightning bolts;💡
49. 49.使猛烈的怒气临到他们——就是忿怒、恼恨、患难，和一群致命的使者and inflicted a burning anger upon them—wrath, indignation, trouble,a band of deadly messengers.💡
50. 50.神为那怒气开了一条路，毫不留情地击杀他们，把他们交给瘟疫。[God] cleared a path for that anger,and did not stop short of slaying them,but gave them over to pestilence.💡
51. 51.神击杀埃及一切长子， 在含的帐棚中，他们精力的初熟之果。[God] struck every [male] first-born in Egypt,the first fruits of their vigor in the tents of Ham.💡
52. 52.神的百姓被引领前行，如同羊群在旷野中受驱赶。God’s own people were set moving like sheep,driven like a flock in the wilderness.💡
53. 53.[　神]领他们安然前行，他们无所惧怕；至于他们的仇敌，沧海将其淹没。[God] led them in safety; they were unafraid;as for their enemies, the sea covered them.💡
54. 54.[上帝]把他们带到圣地，带到上帝右手所得的山。[God] brought them to the holy realm, the mountain God’s right hand had acquired.💡
55. 55.[神]在他们面前赶出列国，使以色列支派居于帐幕，用准绳量地分给他们为业。[God] expelled nations before them,settled the tribes of Israel in their tents,allotting them their portion by the line.💡
56. 56.然而，他们仍悖逆，试探至高的神，不遵守他的法度。Yet they defiantly tested God Most High,and did not observe divine decrees.💡
57. 57.他们悖逆，像他们的列祖一样不忠；他们像诡诈的弓一样失信。They fell away, disloyal like their ancestors;they played false like a treacherous bow.💡
58. 58.他们以邱坛惹动怒气，以偶像激起震怒。They provoked anger with their high places;they kindled wrath with their idols.💡
59. 59.神听见了就发怒——彻底弃绝以色列。God heard it and was enraged—utterly rejecting Israel.💡
60. 60.神离弃了示罗的帐幕，就是他在世人中所支搭的帐棚。[God] forsook the tabernacle of Shiloh,the tent that had been set among mortals.💡
61. 61.神的威能竟被掳去，他的荣耀落入仇敌之手。God’s might was allowed to go into captivity,that glory into the hands of the foe.💡
62. 62.这百姓被交于刀剑；神的产业竟成了烈怒的对象。This people was given over to the sword;God’s very own the object of rage.💡
63. 63.火焰吞灭他们的少年人，他们的处女也未嫁娶。Fire consumed their young men,and their maidens remained unwed.💡
64. 64.他们的祭司倒在刀下，他们的寡妇也不能哀哭。Their priests fell by the sword,and their widows could not weep.💡
65. 65.主仿佛从沉睡中苏醒，如勇士抖落酒意般振作起来。The Sovereign awoke as from sleep—like a warrior shaking off wine—💡
66. 66.击退一切仇敌，使他们永蒙羞辱。and beat back all foes,dealing them lasting disgrace.💡
67. 67.神却弃绝约瑟的帐幕，不拣选以法莲支派。[God] rejected the clan of Josephand did not choose the tribe of Ephraim.💡
68. 68.[神]却拣选了犹大支派——他所喜爱的锡安山——[God] did choose the tribe of Judah—Mount Zion, which was beloved—💡
69. 69.建造圣所，如同诸天，如同神永远所立的大地。building the Sanctuary like the heavens,like the earth that [God] established forever.💡
70. 70.他拣选自己的仆人大卫，从羊圈中将他召来。David, God’s servant, was chosen,and taken from the sheepfolds.💡
71. 71.他被从看护哺乳母羊的岗位上领出来，去牧养雅各的百姓，就是以色列神自己的子民。He was brought from minding the nursing ewesto tend the people of Jacob, Israel, God’s very own.💡
72. 72.他按心中的纯正牧养他们，用手中的巧妙引导他们。He tended them with blameless heart;with skillful hands he led them.💡
