3. 3.永恒主啊，恶人要到几时，恶人要到几时才会欢跃呢？How long shall the wicked, O ETERNAL One,how long shall the wicked exult,💡
4. 4.他们口出狂妄之言吗？一切作恶的人自夸吗？shall they utter insolent speech,shall all evildoers vaunt themselves?💡
5. 5.永恒者啊，他们欺压你的百姓，苦害那属你的人；They crush Your people, O ETERNAL One,they afflict Your very own;💡
6. 6.他们杀害寡妇和寄居的；他们谋杀孤儿，they kill the widow and the stranger;they murder the fatherless,💡
7. 7.心里说："耶和华必不看见，雅各的神必不留意。"thinking, “Yah does not see it,the God of Jacob does not pay heed.”💡
8. 8.你们这愚昧的百姓要留心，愚顽人哪，你们要到几时才有智慧呢Take heed, you most brutish people;fools, when will you get wisdom?💡
9. 9.那造耳朵的，难道自己不听见吗？那造眼睛的，难道自己看不见吗？Shall the One who implants the ear not hear,the One who forms the eye not see?💡
10. 10.难道那管教列邦的不惩罚人吗？那将知识教训世人的不施行惩治吗？Shall the One who disciplines nations not punish,the One who instructs humankind in knowledge?💡
11. 11.上帝知道人的谋划都是虚空。GOD knows human designs to be futile.💡
12. 12.耶和华啊，你所管教、用你的律法教导的人是有福的！Happy are those whom You discipline, O Yah,whom You instruct in Your teaching,💡
13. 13.你使他在遭难的日子得享安宁，直到为恶人挖成坑穴。whom You give tranquility in times of misfortune,until a pit be dug for the wicked.💡
14. 14.因为神必不离弃这百姓；属他自己的必不被撇下。For GOD will not forsake this people;God’s very own will not be abandoned.💡
15. 15.判断必仍归于公义，凡心里正直的必都归向它。Judgment shall again accord with justiceand all the upright shall rally to it.💡
16. 16.谁为我起来抵挡作恶的人？谁为我站立对抗行凶的人？Who will take my part against evildoers?Who will stand up for me against wrongdoers?💡
17. 17.若非上帝帮助我，我早已住在寂静之中了。Were not GOD my help,I should soon dwell in silence.💡
18. 18.我自以为脚要失足的时候，永恆者啊，你的信实扶持了我。When I think my foot has given way,Your faithfulness, O ETERNAL One, supports me.💡
19. 19.我心充满忧虑时，你的应许抚慰我灵魂。When I am filled with cares,Your assurance soothes my soul.💡
20. 20.那借着律例制造祸患、以不义为座位的，岂能与你为伍吗？Shall the seat of injustice be Your partner,that frames mischief by statute?💡
21. 21.他们聚集起来要除掉义人，定无辜之人的罪将他处死。They band together to do away with the righteous;they condemn the innocent to death.💡
22. 22.然而耶和华向来是我的保障，我的神是我的避难所。But GOD is my haven;my God is my sheltering rock.💡
23. 23.他们的邪恶必归于自己，因他们的奸恶他们必被剪除，永恒者我们的神必剪除他们。Their evil will be made to recoil upon them,through their own wickedness they will be annihilated; the ETERNAL our God will annihilate them.💡
