9. 9.它们是你头上的华冠， 是你颈项上的珠链。For they are a graceful wreath upon your head,A necklace about your throat.💡
10. 10.我的儿子，若罪人引诱你，你不要听从；My son, if sinners entice you, do not yield;💡
11. 11.他们若说，和我们一同前去， 我们要设下埋伏流人血， 我们要暗算无辜的人， （没有理由）If they say, “Come with us,Let us set an ambush to shed blood,Let us lie in wait for the innocent(Without cause!)💡
12. 12.像阴间一样，让我们活活地吞灭他们；像那些下到坑中的人一样，整个吞下。Like Sheol, let us swallow them alive;Whole, like those who go down into the Pit.💡
13. 13.我们将获得每一份宝贵的财宝； 我们将用掠夺的财物充满我们的家。We shall obtain every precious treasure;We shall fill our homes with loot.💡
14. 14.和我们联手吧， 我们大家一起共用钱财。Throw in your lot with us;We shall all have a common purse.”💡

19. 19.忘记神的，皆有此命；恶人的指望必然消失Such is the fate of all who pursue unjust gain;It takes the life of its possessor.💡
20. 20.智慧在街市上大声呼喊，在广场上扬声喊叫。Wisdom cries aloud in the streets,Raises her voice in the squares.💡
21. 21.在繁忙的街头，她呼唤；在城门口，在城中，她宣言：At the head of the busy streets she calls;At the entrance of the gates, in the city, she speaks out:💡
22. 22.你们这些愚昧人要爱好愚昧， 你们这些讥诮的人要喜欢讥诮， 你们这些愚笨人要憎恨知识？“How long will you simple ones love simplicity,You scoffers be eager to scoff,You dullards hate knowledge?💡
23. 23.你对我的责备毫不在意 现在我要向你说出我的心意 并让你知道我的想法You are indifferent to my rebuke;I will now speak my mind to you,And let you know my thoughts.💡
24. 24.当我呼唤你的时候，你拒绝了我， 当我伸出手的时候，你不肯理会，Since you refused me when I called,And paid no heed when I extended my hand,💡
25. 25.你拒绝了我所有的劝诫， 不肯听从我的责备，You spurned all my advice,And would not hear my rebuke,💡
26. 26.我要嘲笑你的灾祸，恐惧临到你的时候，我要讥笑I will laugh at your calamity,And mock when terror comes upon you,💡
27. 27.当恐惧像灾祸临近时， 当灾难像旋风般来到时， 当困难和痛苦降临在你身上时。When terror comes like a disaster,And calamity arrives like a whirlwind,When trouble and distress come upon you.💡
28. 28.他们将求我，但我不会回答，他们将寻找我，但找不到我。Then they shall call me but I will not answer;They shall seek me but not find me.💡
29. 29.因为他们恨恶知识， 不选择敬畏上帝；Because they hated knowledge,And did not choose fear of GOD;💡
30. 30.他们拒绝我的劝告， 并藐视我所有的责备，They refused my advice,And disdained all my rebukes,💡
31. 31.他们必吃他们行为的果实， 必饱足他们自己的计谋。They shall eat the fruit of their ways,And have their fill of their own counsels.💡
32. 32.纯洁的人的宁静将要杀死他们，愚昧的人的安逸将要毁灭他们。The tranquility of the simple will kill them,And the complacency of dullards will destroy them.💡
33. 33.然而，听从我言的人必然安居无恐，不受祸患的惊吓。But the one who listens to me will dwell in safety,Untroubled by the terror of misfortune.”💡
