1.“谁能相信我们所听见的呢？上帝的膀臂向谁显现呢？“Who can believe what we have heard?Upon whom has the arm of GOD been revealed?
2.他因上帝的恩惠而生长，像树冠一样，像干旱地里的树干一样。他没有美丽的形象，没有俊美的外貌，我们没有什么值得我们注视他的，他也没有什么吸引我们的魅力，我们没有什么理由觉得他可爱。For he has grown, by God’s favor, like a tree crown,Like a tree trunk out of arid ground.He had no form or beauty, that we should look at him:No charm, that we should find him pleasing.
3.他被藐视、被人厌弃，
他是痛苦的人、熟知疾病。
他像一个人从我们面前隐藏了脸，
他被藐视、我们不把他当回事。He was despised, shunned by others, A man of suffering, familiar with disease.As one who hid his face from us, He was despised, we held him of no account.
4.他却承担我们的疾病，
背负我们的痛苦。
我们以为他受到了上帝的击打，
被上帝击中和折磨；Yet it was our sickness that he was bearing,Our suffering that he endured.We accounted him plagued,Smitten and afflicted by God;
5.他为我们的罪孽受伤，
为我们的邪恶受压。
他担当使我们完美的惩罚，
我们也因他的鞭伤得了医治。But he was wounded because of our sins,Crushed because of our iniquities.He bore the chastisement that made us whole,And by his bruises we were healed.
6.我们都像羊一样走散，
各人偏行自己的道路；
耶和华使我们众人的罪孽都归于他。We all went astray like sheep,Each of us going our own way;And GOD visited upon himThe guilt of all of us.”
7.他被虐待，却顺从，
他没有开口；
像羊被牵去杀，
像母羊，在剪毛的人面前哑口无言，
他没有开口。He was maltreated, yet he was submissive,He did not open his mouth;Like a sheep being led to slaughter,Like a ewe, dumb before those who shear her,He did not open his mouth.
8.他因残酷的判决而被夺去，
谁能指出他的坟墓？
他被剪除，离开了生者之地，
这是因为我人民的罪过，他们才应该受罚。By oppressive judgment he was taken away,Who could describe his abode? For he was cut off from the land of the livingThrough the sin of my people, who deserved the punishment.
9.他的坟墓与恶人同处，他的死与富人为伴，虽他没有作过什么不义的事，也没有说过什么虚假的话。And his grave was set among the wicked,And with the rich, in his death—Though he had done no injusticeAnd had spoken no falsehood.
10.但神却将他压伤以疾病，若他为罪献身， 他便得见后裔，并且得享长寿， 并且神的计划必通过他顺利实现。But GOD chose to crush him by disease,That, if he made himself an offering for guilt, He might see offspring and have long life,And that through him GOD’s purpose might prosper.
11.他在痛苦中必看见，
并且他必因自己的恳求而得满足。
我的义仆使许多人成为义人，
他也要承担他们的罪孽。Out of his anguish he shall see it; He shall enjoy it to the full through his devotion. see 11.2, 9. “My righteous servant makes the many righteous,It is their punishment that he bears;
12.的确，我要将多人赐给他为他的份，他要得多人为他的战利品，因为他将自己的灵魂交于死，他与罪人同列，被算为罪人，他却承担了多人的罪，并为罪人代求。Assuredly, I will give him the many as his portion,He shall receive the multitude as his spoil.For he exposed himself to deathAnd was numbered among the sinners,Whereas he bore the guilt of the manyAnd made intercession for sinners.”
