1. 1.充分发声，不要约束； 像公羊的角一样扬起你的声音！ 向我的子民宣告他们的过犯， 向雅各家宣告他们的罪孽。Cry with full throat, without restraint;Raise your voice like a ram’s horn!Declare to My people their transgression,To the House of Jacob their sin.💡
2. 2.的确，他们天天寻求我，热心学习我的道，如同一个行公义的国，不离弃其神的律法，他们求我指教正道，渴望亲近神To be sure, they seek Me daily,Eager to learn My ways.Like a nation that does what is right,That has not abandoned the laws of its God,They ask Me for the right way,They are eager for the nearness of God:💡
3. 3.“我们禁食的时候，你为什么没有看到？” “我们削弱身体的时候，你为什么不理睬？” 因为你们在禁食的日子 看顾自己的生意 并且欺压所有的劳工！“Why, when we fasted, did You not see?When we starved our bodies, did You pay no heed?”Because on your fast dayYou see to your businessAnd oppress all your laborers!💡
4. 4.因为你们在争斗和争端中禁食， 并用恶毒的拳头打击。 你们今天的禁食并不是 使你们的声音被高处所听见。Because you fast in strife and contention,And you strike with a wicked fist!Your fasting today is not suchAs to make your voice heard on high.💡
5. 5.我所喜爱的禁食就是这样吗 就是让人饿肚子的日子吗 就是低着头像芦苇 躺在麻衣和灰尘中吗 你们称这为禁食 为上帝所悦纳的日子吗Is such the fast I desire,A day for people to starve their bodies?Is it bowing the head like a bulrushAnd lying in sackcloth and ashes?Do you call that a fast,A day when GOD is favorable?💡
6. 6.不，这是我所要的禁食： 解开邪恶的锁链， 解开轭上的绳索 让受压迫的人自由， 打断一切的轭。No, this is the fast I desire:To unlock fetters of wickedness,And untie the cords of the yoke, Ezek. 9.9. To let the oppressed go free;To break off every yoke.💡
7. 7.与饥饿的人分享你的食物， 并将贫困的人带到你的家中； 当你看到赤身的人时，为他们穿衣， 也不要忽视你的亲属。It is to share your bread with the hungry,And to take the wretched poor into your home;When you see the naked, to clothe them,And not to ignore your own kin.💡
8. 8.那时你的光就会像早晨一样爆发 你的康复就会迅速萌发 你的辩护者将在你前面行走 上帝的存在将成为你的后卫Then shall your light burst through like the dawnAnd your healing spring up quickly;Your Vindicator shall march before you,The Presence of GOD shall be your rear guard.💡

11. 11.上帝使人死亡，也使人复活， 将人降到阴间，也将人提起来。GOD will guide you always—Slaking your thirst in parched places And giving strength to your bones.You shall be like a watered garden,Like a spring whose waters do not fail.💡
12. 12.你们中间有人要重建古老的荒废之处，你们要修复已久的基础。你们将被称为“破墙的修复者，居住的街道的复兴者”Some from your midst shall rebuild ancient ruins,You shall restore foundations laid long ago.And you shall be called“Repairer of fallen walls,Restorer of lanes for habitation.”💡
13. 13.如果你不再践踏安息日 从在我圣日进行你的事务中停止 如果你称安息日为乐 称上帝的圣日为荣耀 如果你尊敬它，不走你的路 也不顾及你的事务，也不做交易If you refrain from trampling the sabbath,From pursuing your affairs on My holy day;If you call the sabbath “delight,” GOD ’s holy day “honored”;And if you honor it and go not your waysNor look to your affairs, nor strike bargains—💡
14. 14.你可以寻求上帝的恩惠。 我要使你骑在地的高处， 使你享受你祖父雅各的产业， 因为这是上帝亲口所说的。Then you can seek GOD’s favor. I will set you astride the heights of the earth,And let you enjoy the heritage of your father Jacob—For GOD’s mouth has spoken.💡
