底拿去探望当地女子，却被示剑玷污；哈抹提议通婚联盟，雅各的儿子们以割礼为条件同意，西缅和利未趁男子们伤痛之时出击，洗劫了整座城。

- 1.利 亞 給 雅 各 所 生 的 女 兒 底 拿 出 去 ， 要 見 那 地 的 女 子 們 。And Dinah the daughter of Leah, whom she bare unto Jacob, went out to see the daughters of the land.

- 16.我 們 就 把 女 兒 給 你 們 ， 也 娶 你 們 的 女 兒 ； 我 們 便 與 你 們 同 住 ， 兩 下 成 為 一 樣 的 人 民 。then will we give our daughters unto you, and we will take your daughters to us, and we will dwell with you, and we will become one people.
- 17.倘 若 你 們 不 聽 從 我 們 受 割 禮 ， 我 們 就 帶 著 妹 子 走 了 。But if ye will not hearken unto us, to be circumcised; then will we take our daughter, and we will be gone.
