1.내가 여호와를 항상 송축함이여 내 입술로 항상 주를 찬양하리이다A Psalm of David; when he changed his behavior before Abimelech, who drove him away, and he departed. I will bless Jehovah at all times: His praise shall continually be in my mouth.
2.내 영혼이 여호와를 자랑하리니 곤고한 자들이 이를 듣고 기뻐하리로다My soul shall make her boast in Jehovah: The meek shall hear thereof, and be glad.
3.나와 함께 여호와를 광대하시다 하며 함께 그의 이름을 높이세Oh magnify Jehovah with me, And let us exalt his name together.
4.내가 여호와께 간구하매 내게 응답하시고 내 모든 두려움에서 나를 건지셨도다I sought Jehovah, and he answered me, And delivered me from all my fears.
5.그들이 주를 앙망하고 광채를 내었으니 그들의 얼굴은 부끄럽지 아니하리로다They looked unto him, and were radiant; And their faces shall never be confounded.
6.이 곤고한 자가 부르짖으매 여호와께서 들으시고 그의 모든 환난에서 구원하셨도다This poor man cried, and Jehovah heard him, And saved him out of all his troubles.
7.여호와의 천사가 주를 경외하는 자를 둘러 진 치고 그들을 건지시는도다The angel of Jehovah encampeth round about them that fear him, And delivereth them.
8.너희는 여호와의 선하심을 맛보아 알지어다 그에게 피하는 자는 복이 있도다Oh taste and see that Jehovah is good: Blessed is the man that taketh refuge in him.
9.너희 성도들아 여호와를 경외하라 그를 경외하는 자에게는 부족함이 없도다Oh fear Jehovah, ye his saints; For there is no want to them that fear him.
10.젊은 사자는 궁핍하여 주릴지라도 여호와를 찾는 자는 모든 좋은 것에 부족함이 없으리로다The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger; But they that seek Jehovah shall not want any good thing.
11.너희 자녀들아 와서 내 말을 들으라 내가 여호와를 경외하는 법을 너희에게 가르치리로다Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of Jehovah.
12.생명을 사모하고 연수를 사랑하여 복 받기를 원하는 사람이 누구뇨What man is he that desireth life, And loveth many days, that he may see good?
13.네 혀를 악에서 금하며 네 입술을 거짓말에서 금할지어다Keep thy tongue from evil, And thy lips from speaking guile.
14.악을 버리고 선을 행하며 화평을 찾아 따를지어다Depart from evil, and do good; Seek peace, and pursue it.
15.여호와의 눈은 의인을 향하시고 그의 귀는 그들의 부르짖음에 기울이시는도다The eyes of Jehovah are toward the righteous, And his ears are open unto their cry.
16.여호와의 얼굴은 악을 행하는 자를 향하사 그들의 자취를 땅에서 끊으려 하시는도다The face of Jehovah is against them that do evil, To cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.
17.의인이 부르짖으매 여호와께서 들으시고 그들의 모든 환난에서 건지셨도다The righteous cried, and Jehovah heard, And delivered them out of all their troubles.
18.여호와는 마음이 상한 자를 가까이 하시고 충심으로 통회하는 자를 구원하시는도다Jehovah is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart, And saveth such as are of a contrite spirit.
19.의인은 고난이 많으나 여호와께서 그의 모든 고난에서 건지시는도다Many are the afflictions of the righteous; But Jehovah delivereth him out of them all.
20.그의 모든 뼈를 보호하심이여 그 중에서 하나도 꺾이지 아니하도다He keepeth all his bones: Not one of them is broken.
21.악이 악인을 죽일 것이라 의인을 미워하는 자는 벌을 받으리로다Evil shall slay the wicked; And they that hate the righteous shall be condemned.
22.여호와께서 그의 종들의 영혼을 속량하시나니 그에게 피하는 자는 다 벌을 받지 아니하리로다Jehovah redeemeth the soul of his servants; And none of them that take refuge in him shall be condemned.
