1.여호와는 위대하시니 우리 하나님의 성, 거룩한 산에서 극진히 찬양 받으시리로다A Song; a Psalm of the sons of Korah. Great is Jehovah, and greatly to be praised, In the city of our God, in his holy mountain.
2.터가 높고 아름다워 온 세계가 즐거워함이여 큰 왕의 성 곧 북방에 있는 시온 산이 그러하도다Beautiful in elevation, the joy of the whole earth, Is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, The city of the great King.
3.하나님이 그 여러 궁중에서 자기를 요새로 알리셨도다God hath made himself known in her palaces for a refuge.
4.왕들이 모여서 함께 지나갔음이여For, lo, the kings assembled themselves, They passed by together.
5.그들이 보고 놀라고 두려워 빨리 지나갔도다They saw it, then were they amazed; They were dismayed, they hasted away.
6.거기서 떨림이 그들을 사로잡으니 고통이 해산하는 여인의 고통 같도다Trembling took hold of them there, Pain, as of a woman in travail.
7.주께서 동풍으로 다시스의 배를 깨뜨리시도다With the east wind Thou breakest the ships of Tarshish.
8.우리가 들은 대로 만군의 여호와의 성, 우리 하나님의 성에서 보았나니 하나님이 이를 영원히 견고하게 하시리로다 (셀라)As we have heard, so have we seen In the city of Jehovah of hosts, in the city of our God: God will establish it for ever. [[Selah
9.하나님이여 우리가 주의 전 가운데에서 주의 인자하심을 생각하였나이다We have thought on thy lovingkindness, O God, In the midst of thy temple.
10.하나님이여 주의 이름과 같이 찬송도 땅 끝까지 미쳤으며 주의 오른손에는 정의가 충만하였나이다As is thy name, O God, So is thy praise unto the ends of the earth: Thy right hand is full of righteousness.
11.주의 심판으로 말미암아 시온 산은 기뻐하고 유다의 딸들은 즐거워할지어다Let mount Zion be glad, Let the daughters of Judah rejoice, Because of thy judgments.
12.너희는 시온을 돌면서 그 곳을 둘러보고 그 망대들을 세어 보라Walk about Zion, and go round about her; Number the towers thereof;
13.그의 성벽을 자세히 보고 그의 궁전을 살펴서 후대에 전하라480 ye well her bulwarks; Consider her palaces: That ye may tell it to the generation following.
14.이 하나님은 영원히 우리 하나님이시니 그가 우리를 죽을 때까지 인도하시리로다For this God is our God for ever and ever: He will be our guide even unto death.
