그들이 내게 등을 향하고 얼굴을 향치 아니하였으며 내가 그들을 부지런히 가르쳤으나 듣지 아니하며 권면을 받지 아니하고, 그들이 내 이름으로 일컫는 집에 그들의 가증한 물건을 두어 그 집을 더럽혔고, 또 힌놈의 아들 골짜기에 바알의 산당을 건축하여 자기들의 아들과 딸들을 몰렉에게 불태워 드렸으며 — 내가 명한 적도 없고 내 마음에 떠오른 적도 없는 가증한 일로 유다를 범죄케 하여 — {"task":"translate_text","source_language":"English","target_language":"Korean","text":"in fire to Molech—which I never commanded, nor did it ever enter My mind that they should do this abomination, so as to bring guilt on Judah. Therefore, the days are coming—declares GOD—when this place shall no longer be called Topheth or the Valley of Ben-hinnom, but “the Valley of Slaughter.” And on that day I will make void the plans of the king of Judah, which he has made to escape from this city. And I will make him fall by the sword before their enemies and before those who seek his life; and his corpse shall be cast out, and I will give his body to be food for the birds of the sky and the beasts of the earth. And I will make all the people of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem give up their wickedness, to return to this city and fight against it and capture it and burn it down. And I will make this city a desolation and an object of horror; all who pass by it shall be appalled at its every plague. I will make them eat the flesh of their sons and the flesh of their daughters, and they shall eat one another’s flesh—because of the severity of the siege and the distress to which their enemies and those who seek their lives shall drive them. “And I will requite them for all their wickedness, in that they have forsaken Me, and have sacrificed to other gods and worshipped the works of their hands. And I will deliver all the strength of this city, and all its stores, and all its precious things, and all the treasures of the kings of Judah into the hands of their enemies, who shall plunder them and seize them and carry them off to Babylon. And you, Pashhur, and all the members of your household and all your fellowmen, shall go into exile from Jerusalem, to Babylon; and there you shall die, and there you shall be buried—you, and all your friends to whom you prophesied falsely. You have denied GOD!” And you, Pashhur, shall go into exile—you, and all the members of your household, and all your fellowmen—and there you shall die, and there you shall be buried—you, and all your friends to whom you prophesied falsely. You have denied GOD!” The word that came to Jeremiah from GOD: “Thus said GOD, who made the earth by His might, established the world by His wisdom, and by His understanding spread out the skies. When He makes His voice rumble, the heavens are in turmoil, and He makes storm clouds rise from the ends of the earth; He makes lightning for the rain, and brings forth wind from His treasuries. Every man is proved stupid, without knowledge; every goldsmith is put to shame by his idol, for the molten images are a deceitful thing—there is no breath in them! They are a delusion, a mockery; in their hour of punishment they shall perish. Not like these is the portion of Jacob: He is the maker of all, and Israel is His very own tribe; GOD of Hosts is His name. Gather your stuff from the land, O dwellers in besieged Jerusalem! And you shall be ashamed and humiliated for all your wickedness. And you shall go forth from the city and dwell in the open country; you shall reach as far as Babylon, and there you shall be rescued; there GOD will redeem you from the hand of your enemies. And I will make this city a desolation and an object of horror; all who pass by it shall be appalled at its every plague. And all the nations shall say: ‘Why has GOD dealt thus with this great city? What prompted the great anger of GOD?’ And they shall answer: ‘Because they forsook the covenant of GOD their God, and worshipped other gods and served them.’ For the gods of the peoples of the earth are not gods at all, but the work of human hands, wood and stone. But the GOD of Israel is the living God, the everlasting King; at His wrath the earth quakes, and the nations cannot bear His indignation. Thus you shall say to them: The gods that did not make heaven and earth shall perish from the earth and from under these heavens. He is the one who made the earth by His might, established the world by His wisdom, and by His understanding spread out the skies. I am GOD, and there is no other. I have sworn by Myself; righteousness has gone out from My mouth, a word that shall not be revoked: Every knee shall bow to Me, every tongue shall swear. “Assuredly, all of you shall say, ‘Only in GOD shall I find victory and strength.’ All who challenged Him shall come to shame; GOD will speedily act against them. But all Israel shall be vindicated through GOD and triumph in GOD; they shall be ashamed and humiliated, all the contemners of GOD. But all Israel shall be vindicated through GOD and triumph in GOD; they shall be ashamed and humiliated, all the contemners of GOD. And the LORD will be the hope of His people, and the strength of the children of Israel. And the word that came to Jeremiah from GOD, saying: “Thus says the LORD, the God of Israel, saying: Write all the words which I have spoken to you in a book. For behold, the days are coming, says the LORD, when I will bring back from captivity My people Israel and Judah, says the LORD. And I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.” Now these are the words that the LORD spoke concerning Israel and Judah. “For thus says the LORD: We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace. Ask now, and see, if a male has ever given birth? Why then do I see every man with his hands on his loins like a woman in labor, and all faces turned pale? Alas! For that day is great, so that none is like it; it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble, but he shall be saved out of it. For it shall come to pass in that day, says the LORD of Hosts, that I will break his yoke from your neck, and will burst your bonds; foreigners shall no more make him serve as a slave. But they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up for them. Therefore do not fear, O My servant Jacob, says the LORD; nor be dismayed, O Israel; for behold, I will save you from afar, and your seed from the land of their captivity. Jacob shall return, and have rest and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid. For I am with you, says the LORD, to save you; I will make a full end of all the nations among whom I have scattered you, but I will not make a full end of you, but correct you in justice, and will not let you go altogether unpunished.” For thus says the LORD: “I will assuredly make you free, O Zion, for the good; I will assuredly make you free from the hand of those who hate you. And I will break the arm of the wicked, and I will break the bow of the oppressor. I will bring back the captives of My people Israel; they shall build the waste cities and inhabit them; they shall plant vineyards and eat their fruit; I will plant them in their land, and no longer shall they be rooted out of their land which I have given them, says the LORD your God. Hear the word of the LORD, O nations, and declare it in the isles afar off, and say: He who scattered Israel will gather him, and keep him as a shepherd does his flock. For the LORD has ransomed Jacob, and redeemed him from the hand of one stronger than he. Therefore they shall come and sing in the height of Zion, streaming to the goodness of the LORD—their grain, their new wine, their oil, and the young of the flock and the herd. Their souls shall be like a well-watered garden, and they shall sorrow no more at all. “Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance, and the young men and the old together; for I will turn their mourning to joy, and will comfort them and make them rejoice from their sorrow. I will satiate the soul of the priests with abundance, and My people shall be satisfied with My goodness, says the LORD.” Thus says the LORD: “A voice was heard in Ramah, lamentation and bitter weeping, Rachel weeping for her children, refusing to be comforted for her children, because they are no more.” Thus says the LORD: “Refrain your voice from weeping, and your eyes from tears; for your work shall be rewarded, says the LORD, and they shall come back from the land of the enemy. There is hope in your future, says the LORD, that your children shall come back to their own border. “I have surely heard Ephraim bemoaning himself: ‘You have chastised me, and I was chastised, like an untrained bull; restore me, and I will return, for You are the LORD my God. Surely, after my returning, I will repent; and after I am made to know myself, I will beat my breast. I am ashamed, yes, even humiliated, because I bear the reproach of my youth.’ Is Ephraim My dear son? Is he a pleasant child? For though I spoke against him, I still remember him. Therefore My heart yearns for him; I will surely have mercy on him, says the LORD. ‘Set up signposts, make landmarks; set your heart toward the highway, the way in which you went. Turn back, O virgin of Israel, turn back to these your cities. How long will you gad about, O you backsliding daughter? For the LORD has created a new thing in the earth—a woman shall encompass a man.’ Thus says the LORD of Hosts, the God of Israel: “They shall again use this speech in the land of Judah and in its cities, when I bring back their captivity: ‘The LORD bless you, O home of righteousness, mountain of holiness!’ And in it shall be inhabited the cities of Judah, and the shepherds with their flocks dwelling therein. For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul.” Upon this I awoke, and looked, and my sleep was sweet to me. “Behold, the days are coming, says the LORD, that I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the seed of man and the seed of beast. And it shall be, that as I have watched over them to pluck up, to break down, to throw down, to destroy, and to afflict, so will I watch over them to build and to plant, says the LORD. In those days they shall say no more: ‘The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children’s teeth are set on edge.’ But every one shall die for his own sin; every man who eats the sour grapes, his teeth shall be set on edge. Behold, the days are coming, says the LORD, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah— not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them, says the LORD. But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, ‘Know the LORD’; for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the LORD. For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more.” Thus says the LORD, who gives the sun for a light by day, the ordinances of the moon and the stars for a light by night, who disturbs the sea, and its waves roar; the LORD of Hosts is His name: “If those ordinances depart from before Me, says the LORD, then the seed of Israel shall also cease from being a nation before Me forever.” Thus says the LORD: “If the heavens above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, says the LORD. “Behold, the days are coming, says the LORD, that the city shall be built for the LORD from the Tower of Hananel to the Corner Gate. The measuring line shall again go out over the hill of Gareb, and shall bend toward Goah. And the whole valley of the dead bodies and of the ashes, and all the fields as far as the Brook Kidron, to the corner of the Horse Gate toward the east, shall be holy to the LORD; it shall not be plucked up or thrown down anymore forever.” The word that came to Jeremiah from GOD in the days of Jehoiakim son of Josiah king of Judah, in the thirteenth year of his reign. It was from the house of the LORD. And GOD said to me: “I have a judgment to render against this city, because all its people are like these stumbling blocks, which cause the downfall of the people of My flock, and they have not heeded My voice, and they have not walked in My ways, and they have not obeyed My law, and they have not followed My statutes. Therefore, thus says GOD against the shepherds who shepherd My people: You have scattered My flock and driven them away, and you have not attended to them. Behold, I will attend to you for the evil of your deeds, says GOD. I will bring back My people from the land of their captivity, and they shall build up the cities and inhabit them; they shall plant vineyards and eat their fruit; I will plant them in their own land, and they shall not again be plucked up from their land which I have given them, says the LORD your God. The measuring line shall again go out over the hill of Gareb, and shall bend toward Goah. And the whole valley of the dead bodies and of the ashes, and all the fields as far as the Brook Kidron, to the corner of the Horse Gate toward the east, shall be holy to the LORD; it shall not be plucked up or thrown down anymore forever.”

Narration
