출애굽기 38장 — 제단, 물두멍, 뜰의 제작

번제단과 놋 물두멍, 뜰의 포장과 문, 그리고 성소를 위해 쓰인 금속 물목이 기록된 시공 보고서이다.

1.그가 또 조각목으로 번제단을 만들었으니 길이는 다섯 규빗이요 너비도 다섯 규빗이라 네모가 반듯하고 높이는 세 규빗이며And he made the altar of burnt-offering of acacia wood: five cubits was the length thereof, and five cubits the breadth thereof, foursquare; and three cubits the height thereof.
2.그 네 모퉁이 위에 그 뿔을 만들되 그 뿔을 제단과 연결하게 하고 제단을 놋으로 쌌으며And he made the horns thereof upon the four corners of it; the horns thereof were of one piece with it: and he overlaid it with brass.
3.제단의 모든 기구 곧 통과 부삽과 대야와 고기 갈고리와 불 옮기는 그릇을 다 놋으로 만들고And he made all the vessels of the altar, the pots, and the shovels, and the basins, the flesh-hooks, and the firepans: all the vessels thereof made he of brass.
4.제단을 위하여 놋 그물을 만들어 제단 주위 가장자리 아래에 두되 제단 절반에 오르게 하고And he made for the altar a grating of network of brass, under the ledge round it beneath, reaching halfway up.
5.그 놋 그물 네 모퉁이에 채를 꿸 고리 넷을 부어 만들었으며And he cast four rings for the four ends of the grating of brass, to be places for the staves.
6.채를 조각목으로 만들어 놋으로 싸고And he made the staves of acacia wood, and overlaid them with brass.
7.제단 양쪽 고리에 그 채를 꿰어 메게 하였으며 제단은 널판으로 속이 비게 만들었더라And he put the staves into the rings on the sides of the altar, wherewith to bear it; he made it hollow with planks.
8.그가 놋으로 물두멍을 만들고 그 받침도 놋으로 하였으니 곧 회막 문에서 수종드는 여인들의 거울로 만들었더라And he made the laver of brass, and the base thereof of brass, of the mirrors of the ministering women that ministered at the door of the tent of meeting.
9.그가 또 뜰을 만들었으니 남으로 뜰의 남쪽에는 세마포 포장이 백 규빗이라And he made the court: for the south side southward the hangings of the court were of fine twined linen, a hundred cubits;
10.그 기둥이 스물이며 그 받침이 스물이니 놋이요 기둥의 갈고리와 가름대는 은이며their pillars were twenty, and their sockets twenty, of brass; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets were of silver.
11.그 북쪽에도 백 규빗이라 그 기둥이 스물이며 그 받침이 스물이니 놋이요 기둥의 갈고리와 가름대는 은이며And for the north side a hundred cubits, their pillars twenty, and their sockets twenty, of brass; the hooks of the pillars, and their fillets, of silver.
12.서쪽에 포장은 쉰 규빗이라 그 기둥이 열이요 받침이 열이며 기둥의 갈고리와 가름대는 은이며And for the west side were hangings of fifty cubits, their pillars ten, and their sockets ten; the hooks of the pillars, and their fillets, of silver.
13.동으로 동쪽에도 쉰 규빗이라And for the east side eastward fifty cubits.
14.문 이쪽의 포장이 열다섯 규빗이요 그 기둥이 셋이요 받침이 셋이며The hangings for the one side of the gate were fifteen cubits; their pillars three, and their sockets three;
15.문 저쪽도 그와 같으니 뜰 문 이쪽, 저쪽의 포장이 열다섯 규빗씩이요 그 기둥이 셋씩, 받침이 셋씩이라and so for the other side: on this hand and that hand by the gate of the court were hangings of fifteen cubits; their pillars three, and their sockets three.
16.뜰 주위의 포장은 세마포요All the hangings of the court round about were of fine twined linen.
17.기둥 받침은 놋이요 기둥의 갈고리와 가름대는 은이요 기둥 머리 싸개는 은이며 뜰의 모든 기둥에 은 가름대를 꿰었으며And the sockets for the pillars were of brass; the hooks of the pillars, and their fillets, of silver; and the overlaying of their capitals, of silver; and all the pillars of the court were filleted with silver.
18.뜰의 휘장 문을 청색 자색 홍색 실과 가늘게 꼰 베 실로 수 놓아 짰으니 길이는 스무 규빗이요 너비와 높이는 뜰의 포장과 같이 다섯 규빗이며And the screen for the gate of the court was the work of the embroiderer, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen: and twenty cubits was the length, and the height in the breadth was five cubits, answerable to the hangings of the court.
19.그 기둥은 넷인데 그 받침 넷은 놋이요 그 갈고리는 은이요 그 머리 싸개와 가름대도 은이며And their pillars were four, and their sockets four, of brass; their hooks of silver, and the overlaying of their capitals, and their fillets, of silver.
20.성막 말뚝과 뜰 주위의 말뚝은 모두 놋이더라And all the pins of the tabernacle, and of the court round about, were of brass.
21.성막 곧 증거막을 위하여 레위 사람이 쓴 재료의 물목은 제사장 아론의 아들 이다말이 모세의 명령대로 계산하였으며This is the sum of the things for the tabernacle, even the tabernacle of the testimony, as they were counted, according to the commandment of Moses, for the service of the Levites, by the hand of Ithamar, the son of Aaron the priest.
22.유다 지파 훌의 손자요 우리의 아들인 브살렐은 여호와께서 모세에게 명령하신 모든 것을 만들었고And Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, made all that Jehovah commanded Moses.
23.단 지파 아히사막의 아들 오홀리압이 그와 함께 하였으니 오홀리압은 재능이 있어서 조각하며 또 청색 자색 홍색 실과 가는 베 실로 수 놓은 자더라And with him was Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan, an engraver, and a skilful workman, and an embroiderer in blue, and in purple, and in scarlet, and in fine linen.
24.성소 건축 비용으로 들인 금은 성소의 세겔로 스물아홉 달란트와 칠백삼십 세겔이며All the gold that was used for the work in all the work of the sanctuary, even the gold of the offering, was twenty and nine talents, and seven hundred and thirty shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary.
25.계수된 회중이 드린 은은 성소의 세겔로 백 달란트와 천칠백칠십오 세겔이니And the silver of them that were numbered of the congregation was a hundred talents, and a thousand seven hundred and threescore and fifteen shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary:
26.계수된 자가 이십 세 이상으로 육십만 삼천오백오십 명인즉 성소의 세겔로 각 사람에게 은 한 베가 곧 반 세겔씩이라a beka a head, that is, half a shekel, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for every one that passed over to them that were numbered, from twenty years old and upward, for six hundred thousand and three thousand and five hundred and fifty men.
27.은 백 달란트로 성소의 받침과 휘장 문의 기둥 받침을 모두 백 개를 부어 만들었으니 각 받침마다 한 달란트씩 모두 백 달란트요And the hundred talents of silver were for casting the sockets of the sanctuary, and the sockets of the veil; a hundred sockets for the hundred talents, a talent for a socket.
28.천칠백칠십오 세겔로 기둥 갈고리를 만들고 기둥 머리를 싸고 기둥 가름대를 만들었으며And of the thousand seven hundred seventy and five shekels he made hooks for the pillars, and overlaid their capitals, and made fillets for them.
29.드린 놋은 칠십 달란트와 이천사백 세겔이라And the brass of the offering was seventy talents, and two thousand and four hundred shekels.
30.이것으로 회막 문 기둥 받침과 놋 제단과 놋 그물과 제단의 모든 기구를 만들었으며And therewith he made the sockets to the door of the tent of meeting, and the brazen altar, and the brazen grating for it, and all the vessels of the altar,
31.뜰 주위의 기둥 받침과 그 휘장 문의 기둥 받침이며 성막의 모든 말뚝과 뜰 주위의 모든 말뚝을 만들었더라and the sockets of the court round about, and the sockets of the gate of the court, and all the pins of the tabernacle, and all the pins of the court round about.
