创世记46章：雅各前往埃及与应许回归
在前往埃及的路上，神在夜间异象中安慰雅各，本章列举进入埃及的七十名后裔，随后是在歌珊父子团聚的场面。

- 1.以 色 列 帶 著 一 切 所 有 的 ， 起 身 來 到 別 是 巴 ， 就 獻 祭 給 他 父 親 以 撒 的 神 。And Israel took his journey with all that he had, and came to Beer-sheba, and offered sacrifices unto the God of his father Isaac.
- 2.夜 間 ， 神 在 異 象 中 對 以 色 列 說 ： 雅 各 ！ 雅 各 ！ 他 說 ： 我 在 這 裡 。And God spake unto Israel in the visions of the night, and said, Jacob, Jacob. And he said, Here am I.
- 3.神 說 ： 我 是 神 ， 就 是 你 父 親 的 神 。 你 下 埃 及 去 不 要 害 怕 ， 因 為 我 必 使 你 在 那 裡 成 為 大 族 。And he said, I am God, the God of thy father: fear not to go down into Egypt; for I will there make of thee a great nation:
- 4.我 要 和 你 同 下 埃 及 去 ， 也 必 定 帶 你 上 來 ； 約 瑟 必 給 你 送 終 ( 原 文 作 將 手 按 在 你 的 眼 睛 上 ) 。I will go down with thee into Egypt; and I will also surely bring thee up again: and Joseph shall put his hand upon thine eyes.
- 5.雅 各 就 從 別 是 巴 起 行 。 以 色 列 的 兒 子 們 使 他 們 的 父 親 雅 各 和 他 們 的 妻 子 、 兒 女 都 坐 在 法 老 為 雅 各 送 來 的 車 上 。And Jacob rose up from Beer-sheba: and the sons of Israel carried Jacob their father, and their little ones, and their wives, in the wagons which Pharaoh had sent to carry him.
- 6.他 們 又 帶 著 迦 南 地 所 得 的 牲 畜 、 貨 財 來 到 埃 及 。 雅 各 和 他 的 一 切 子 孫 都 一 同 來 了 ，And they took their cattle, and their goods, which they had gotten in the land of Canaan, and came into Egypt, Jacob, and all his seed with him:
- 7.雅 各 把 他 的 兒 子 、 孫 子 、 女 兒 、 孫 女 ， 並 他 的 子 子 孫 孫 ， 一 同 帶 到 埃 及 。his sons, and his sons' sons with him, his daughters, and his sons' daughters, and all his seed brought he with him into Egypt.
- 8.來 到 埃 及 的 以 色 列 人 名 字 記 在 下 面 。 雅 各 和 他 的 兒 孫 ： 雅 各 的 長 子 是 流 便 。And these are the names of the children of Israel, who came into Egypt, Jacob and his sons: Reuben, Jacob's first-born.
- 9.流 便 的 兒 子 是 哈 諾 、 法 路 、 希 斯 倫 、 迦 米 。And the sons of Reuben: Hanoch, and Pallu, and Hezron, and Carmi.
- 10.西 緬 的 兒 子 是 耶 母 利 、 雅 憫 、 阿 轄 、 雅 斤 、 瑣 轄 ， 還 有 迦 南 女 子 所 生 的 掃 羅 。And the sons of Simeon: Jemuel, and Jamin, and Ohad, and Jachin, and Zohar, and Shaul the son of a Canaanitish woman.
- 11.利 未 的 兒 子 是 革 順 、 哥 轄 、 米 拉 利 。And the sons of Levi: Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.
- 12.猶 大 的 兒 子 是 珥 、 俄 南 、 示 拉 、 法 勒 斯 、 謝 拉 ； 惟 有 珥 與 俄 南 死 在 迦 南 地 。 法 勒 斯 的 兒 子 是 希 斯 倫 、 哈 母 勒 。And the sons of Judah: Er, and Onan, and Shelah, and Perez, and Zerah; but Er and Onan died in the land of Canaan. And the sons of Perez were Hezron and Hamul.
- 13.以 薩 迦 的 兒 子 是 陀 拉 、 普 瓦 、 約 伯 、 伸 崙 。And the sons of Issachar: Tola, and Puvah, and Iob, and Shimron.
- 14.西 布 倫 的 兒 子 是 西 烈 、 以 倫 、 雅 利 。And the sons of Zebulun: Sered, and Elon, and Jahleel.

- 16.迦 得 的 兒 子 是 洗 非 芸 、 哈 基 、 書 尼 、 以 斯 本 、 以 利 、 亞 羅 底 、 亞 列 利 。And the sons of Gad: Ziphion, and Haggi, Shuni, and Ezbon, Eri, and Arodi, and Areli.
- 17.亞 設 的 兒 子 是 音 拿 、 亦 施 瓦 、 亦 施 韋 、 比 利 亞 ， 還 有 他 們 的 妹 子 西 拉 。 比 利 亞 的 兒 子 是 希 別 、 瑪 結 。And the sons of Asher: Imnah, and Ishvah, and Ishvi, and Beriah, and Serah their sister; and the sons of Beriah: Heber, and Malchiel.
- 18.這 是 拉 班 給 他 女 兒 利 亞 的 婢 女 悉 帕 從 雅 各 所 生 的 兒 孫 ， 共 有 十 六 人 。These are the sons of Zilpah, whom Laban gave to Leah his daughter; and these she bare unto Jacob, even sixteen souls.
- 19.雅 各 之 妻 拉 結 的 兒 子 是 約 瑟 和 便 雅 憫 。The sons of Rachel Jacob's wife: Joseph and Benjamin.
- 20.約 瑟 在 埃 及 地 生 了 瑪 拿 西 和 以 法 蓮 ， 就 是 安 城 的 祭 司 波 提 非 拉 的 女 兒 亞 西 納 給 約 瑟 生 的 。And unto Joseph in the land of Egypt were born Manasseh and Ephraim, whom Asenath, the daughter of Poti-phera priest of On, bare unto him.
- 21.便 雅 憫 的 兒 子 是 比 拉 、 比 結 、 亞 實 別 、 基 拉 、 乃 幔 、 以 希 、 羅 實 、 母 平 、 戶 平 、 亞 勒 。And the sons of Benjamin: Bela, and Becher, and Ashbel, Gera, and Naaman, Ehi, and Rosh, Muppim, and Huppim, and Ard.
- 22.這 是 拉 結 給 雅 各 所 生 的 兒 孫 ， 共 有 十 四 人 。These are the sons of Rachel, who were born to Jacob: all the souls were fourteen.
- 23.但 的 兒 子 是 戶 伸 。And the sons of Dan: Hushim.
- 24.拿 弗 他 利 的 兒 子 是 雅 薛 、 沽 尼 、 耶 色 、 示 冷 。And the sons of Naphtali: Jahzeel, and Guni, and Jezer, and Shillem.
- 25.這 是 拉 班 給 他 女 兒 拉 結 的 婢 女 辟 拉 從 雅 各 所 生 的 兒 孫 ， 共 有 七 人 。These are the sons of Bilhah, whom Laban gave unto Rachel his daughter, and these she bare unto Jacob: all the souls were seven.
- 26.那 與 雅 各 同 到 埃 及 的 ， 除 了 他 兒 婦 之 外 ， 凡 從 他 所 生 的 ， 共 有 六 十 六 人 。All the souls that came with Jacob into Egypt, that came out of his loins, besides Jacob's sons' wives, all the souls were threescore and six;
- 27.還 有 約 瑟 在 埃 及 所 生 的 兩 個 兒 子 。 雅 各 家 來 到 埃 及 的 共 有 七 十 人 。and the sons of Joseph, who were born to him in Egypt, were two souls: all the souls of the house of Jacob, that came into Egypt, were threescore and ten.
- 28.雅 各 打 發 猶 大 先 去 見 約 瑟 ， 請 派 人 引 路 往 歌 珊 去 ； 於 是 他 們 來 到 歌 珊 地 。And he sent Judah before him unto Joseph, to show the way before him unto Goshen; and they came into the land of Goshen.
- 29.約 瑟 套 車 往 歌 珊 去 ， 迎 接 他 父 親 以 色 列 ， 及 至 見 了 面 ， 就 伏 在 父 親 的 頸 項 ， 哭 了 許 久 。And Joseph made ready his chariot, and went up to meet Israel his father, to Goshen; and he presented himself unto him, and fell on his neck, and wept on his neck a good while.
- 30.以 色 列 對 約 瑟 說 ： 我 既 得 見 你 的 面 ， 知 道 你 還 在 ， 就 是 死 我 也 甘 心 。And Israel said unto Joseph, Now let me die, since I have seen thy face, that thou art yet alive.
- 31.約 瑟 對 他 的 弟 兄 和 他 父 的 全 家 說 ： 我 要 上 去 告 訴 法 老 ， 對 他 說 ： 我 的 弟 兄 和 我 父 的 全 家 從 前 在 迦 南 地 ， 現 今 都 到 我 這 裡 來 了 。And Joseph said unto his brethren, and unto his father's house, I will go up, and tell Pharaoh, and will say unto him, My brethren, and my father's house, who were in the land of Canaan, are come unto me;
- 32.他 們 本 是 牧 羊 的 人 ， 以 養 牲 畜 為 業 ； 他 們 把 羊 群 牛 群 和 一 切 所 有 的 都 帶 來 了 。and the men are shepherds, for they have been keepers of cattle; and they have brought their flocks, and their herds, and all that they have.
- 33.等 法 老 召 你 們 的 時 候 ， 問 你 們 說 ： 你 們 以 何 事 為 業 ？And it shall come to pass, when Pharaoh shall call you, and shall say, What is your occupation?
- 34.你 們 要 說 ： 你 的 僕 人 ， 從 幼 年 直 到 如 今 ， 都 以 養 牲 畜 為 業 ， 連 我 們 的 祖 宗 也 都 以 此 為 業 。 這 樣 ， 你 們 可 以 住 在 歌 珊 地 ， 因 為 凡 牧 羊 的 都 被 埃 及 人 所 厭 惡 。that ye shall say, Thy servants have been keepers of cattle from our youth even until now, both we, and our fathers: that ye may dwell in the land of Goshen; for every shepherd is an abomination unto the Egyptians.
